Waiver of Notice of the Meeting of Board of Directors

The governing documents of a company usually require that notice be provided before a meeting of the board of directors can be held. Under some circumstances the company may be unable to provide this notice in a timely manner and as specified. If this occurs, a Waiver of Notice of Meeting of Board of Directors may be used.
