Moon Bounce - Inflatable Release

This Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk is signed by a user (or the legal guardian of a minor) before using a Jumper, Bouncer or Moon Bounce (also known as Moon Walks, Moon Jump, Bouncy House, Bouncy Castle, Bouncy Cat, Slide Bouncer or Inflatable). The agreement releases the owner or organizer of an event from liability stemming from the user's participation and use of such inflatable devices. (continued ...)
