Month-to-Month Lease

This Month-to-Month Lease Agreement is for use by landlords when they wish to rent property (whether it's an apartment, residence or condo) to a tenant on a month-to-month basis. It is vitally important that this lease agreement be in writing and signed by both the landlord and the tenant.
