Independent Financial Advice - Declaration Forms

It is a prudent practice to always attach a certificate given by an attorney or an accountant to a financial institution which certifies that each party to a financial transaction has received independent financial advice. This Independent Financial Advice Declaration states that an individual has received financial advice regarding a document independently from the other party.
