Finder's Fee Agreement

This Finder’s Fee Agreement is an agreement between an individual (or firm) that will seek out a business relationship, customer or investment on another’s behalf and make an introduction. This agreement sets forth the finder’s authority and establishes the parameters that will protect both the rights and confidential information of the company and individuals involved. This agreement contains provisions regarding the services to be rendered, the role of each person, the compensation or commission paid, the agreement term and the independent contractor status.
