Employment Agreement - Long Form

An employment agreement is an agreement between an employer and an employee which provides the terms and conditions of the employment relationship. An employment agreement provides the basic conditions of an employee’s employment (duties to be performed, salary and benefits) but also clarifies an employer’s expectations of an employee and usually sets forth grounds for termination.
