Contract Variance

There are occasions after a contract is entered into when the parties may agree that changes must be made to the original contract. Typically the original contract will contain a provision allowing amendment, variation or modification of the contract which must be followed in order for any changes to be valid. This Contract Variance sets out the terms of the variations or modifications in writing.
