Consent to Act as Director
According to the Australian CORPORATIONS ACT 2001, Section 201D, a new Company should provide the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) with a signed consent of a proposed director to act a director of the Company. This Consent to Act as Director complies with Section 201D and must be retained by the Company for its records.
