Bicycle / Scooter Rental Agreement & Release

Before renting out a bicycle, scooter or similar vehicle it is important to have your customers read and sign a comprehensive rental agreement. This Bicycle/Scooter Rental Agreement and Release serves several important functions. First, it ensures that both parties understand what is expected from the rental, the expected behaviour and the risks and dangers associated with the vehicle rental. Second, it limits the liability of the company renting the vehicle and prevents the renter from filing a claim against the company in the event an injury occurs during rental of the vehicle.
